We request that you promptly notify us of any defects, deficiencies, stains, or other complaints as soon as you discover them.

All items you purchase from us are covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of receipt. For all items you purchase from us, a warranty of 6 months is applicable from the date of receipt. If you have a complaint about our products or our service, you can contact us via the following contact form. Don't forget to upload a photo.

Our service team will process your request and investigate if and how we can best help you. In case of a justified complaint, the item may be repaired, replaced for a new item or a full or partial refund of the purchase price. You will receive an answer about the handling of your complaint within a few working days.

NOTE: Please check that the item complies with the warranty conditions. Complaints due to normal wear, holes and fluff of the fabric are not considered defective.

If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you can also submit it to the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee or to this Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform.

Please note: complaints due to washing, holes and pilling of the fabric are not part of a production error and can't be considered as a complaint.
